Naked Truth is operated by PARADISE NYC, LLC. This policy covers the Naked Truth app for iPhone and iPad and this website. For privacy questions, contact bsmurphy@gmail.com.

The short version

Naked Truth does not collect your data. There is no account, no sign-in, no advertising, and no tracking. Quick Play runs entirely on your device and does not need an internet connection.

Information stored on your device

To run a game, the app keeps the player names you enter, your heat and topic choices, and the results of each round on your device. If you leave the app mid-game, it saves the current game so you can pick up where you left off. That saved game is excluded from device backups, is protected with iOS file encryption, expires after 24 hours of inactivity, and is deleted when you return home or start a new game.

Private answers typed during Confess rounds are kept only in memory for the current game. They are never written to the saved game, and the link between an answer and its author is erased once the round is revealed.

None of this information is sent to us or to anyone else.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking code, and it does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Website

This website is hosted by Vercel. When you visit, the host may process technical information such as your IP address, the pages you request, and your browser type to deliver and secure the site. We do not add analytics or advertising cookies. See Vercel’s privacy policy for its practices.

Support email

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and we use it only to reply. Please don’t send sensitive information we don’t need.

Children

Naked Truth is a party game intended for teens and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Your choices

You can end a game at any time to delete its saved state, and deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. To ask about any information you’ve sent us by email, contact bsmurphy@gmail.com.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
